Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, you must email us within 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will let you know where your item is to be sent. (Please note all returns postage to be covered by the buyer). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can rectify the problem as soon as possible for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as bespoke orders or items that have been personalized. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The quickest and easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
